As a teenager in general, Peter tried to find out who he really is and how it could be like this now. Peter is also finding ways to get a first love, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone), they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets are available. When Peter found the mysterious briefcase belonging to his father, he started an investigation in order to understand the loss of Peter's parents - which led directly to Oscorp and a laboratory owned by Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans), his father's ex-partner.
